1. Who We Are

Nexus Spanish is an online Spanish academy offering private and group lessons to students around the world. All our services are delivered virtually by qualified native teachers.

2. Class Policy

• All classes must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or via email.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up, the class will be considered lost and non-refundable.
• Group classes are not refundable once the course has started.
• Private lessons can be rescheduled with proper notice.

3. Payment

• Payment must be made before the lessons begin.
• We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, and cryptocurrency.
• We offer discounted class packs, which must be used within 3 months from the purchase date.
• Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors or exceptional situations (at our discretion).

4. Conduct

We expect respectful and appropriate behavior in all classes and communication. Nexus Spanish reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to any student who shows abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Nexus Spanish, including lesson materials, videos, graphics, and texts, is the intellectual property of Nexus Spanish and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

6. Liability

We do our best to ensure that our services are always available and of high quality. However, Nexus Spanish is not responsible for technical issues, internet interruptions, or external factors beyond our control.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. If we do, we’ll post the new version on our website with the updated date.
